Grown in the Yiwu and Yuhang Counties of Zhejiang Province, China, Sencha is a steamed green tea known for its mild flavor. Unlike the roasted notes found in pan-fired teas like Dragonwell, Chinese Sencha offers a smoother, less astringent character.
